Founded in 2008, Sirocco Group recently celebrated 15 years of delivering innovative solutions. A lot has changed in the past decade and a half, but our core has not. Sirocco was founded on the vision of merging different CRM systems within one company. Serial entrepreneur Laith Al-Hashimi, Sirocco’s founder and owner, brings a wealth of experience from the world of Customer Relationship Management. He realised quickly that a one-CRM-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work in the best interest of our clients. As an independent, vendor-agnostic partner, Sirocco prioritizes the unique business needs of our customers, not a specific software package. This freedom has allowed us to bring an unbiased perspective, ensuring the CRM solutions we recommend, implement, and maintain perfectly align with our customers’ goals, and help maximize their business outcomes.

Do you offer support after the CRM system implementation?
We sure do! Once your CRM solution is live, your team members are trained, and your processes are running as expected, we move into a support agreement where we offer you continuous support. Can you bring us in to assist with an existing solution? Absolutely! We can run health checks, system optimizations, assist you with integrations or even system migrations. We actually recommend revisiting your setup and reviewing your progress regularly to ensure you get value from your investment consistently.
